Faculty of Noah Webster College


Larry S. Allen - worked for 43 years with the US Forest Service in the Southwestern Region.  His experience is in all aspects of natural resource management with emphasis on Range Management, Wildlife Management, Watershed Management, Fire Control and Management.  Larry serves as a Natural Resource Consultant with the Malpai Borderlands Group a grassroots collaborative management group to manage a one million acre are in Arizona, New Mexico, and Sonora, Mexico.  He earned his BS degree in Forest Management at Stephen F. Austin State College in Nacogdoches, Texas.  He is an active member of Faith Church in Rio Rancho, NM.

 

Peter Briggs - earned his PhD from Trinity Southwest Seminary in Biblical Studies.  Peter serves as Director of Daystar Institute and has taught numerous classes in Bible at Trinity Southwest Seminary where he also served as Dean of the Biblical Studies Department.  He writes curriculum for Bible training courses and currently teaches classes to inmates at the Santa Rosa Penitentiary and Pastor training classes to pastors in Kenya.  Peter served as Pastor of Adult Education and remains active at Foothills Fellowship.

 

Ron Brown - earned his MDiv. from Golden Gate Seminary.  He holds additional degrees from Hardin-Simmons University, BA, and from the University of New Mexico, the MA in Special Education.  Ron taught numerous classes for Albuquerque Bible College and Adult Bible Classes for Hoffmantown Church.  He has also taught many years for Cibola County Public Schools and Rio Rancho Public Schools.  He is fluent in Italian.

 

Paul Collins - earned his DMin and has served on the Board of Albuquerque Rescue Mission and as past President of Albuquerque Bible College.  Dr. Collins currently serves as Executive Director of Eagles Unlimited, a resource for former prison inmates.  Paul has taught Bible classes in a variety of settings and has been active in jail ministry.  Paul teaches and pastors a local church fellowship.

 

Leslie Cumiford - earned her PhD. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.  She has taught numerous classes as a university professor and director of research.  In addition to her work with Sandia labs, she has experience with a newspaper start-up, executive director of a statewide policy organization, non-profit organization founder, and NM Director of the Centurion program.  Her writing experience includes a large collection of journal articles, book chapters, program reports and newspaper articles.  Her speaking experience includes full speeches, invited panel discussions, weekly radio shows and television interviews.  She is married and active in her local church fellowship.


Carolyn Mueller - has a MA in Christian Education from International Bible College and Seminary.  She has used her training in teaching Bible and a number of other subjects.  Carolyn has taught at Oak Flats Christian School for 26 years.  She has homeschooled her large family and is active with her husband, Geoff, in their local church, City Church of Albuquerque.  She is an enthusiastic and experienced teacher.

 

Robert Hall -  Senior Pastor at Calvary Rio Rancho since 1987.  He has a BA degree in English from the University of Oklahoma with minors in Business and Oriental Religion.  In addition, he has taken various classes at Calvary Chapel Bible College.  He married Juanita DeMont Hall in 1970 and they have three grown children:  Russell (34), Elizabeth (30), and David (25) and a grandson on the way!  Robert's passion is finding Christ in the Old Testament and Inductive Bible Study.

 

John Kinzer - Director of Rio Grande Enrichment Studies, LLC. since 1994, he earned a BS in Geology from the College of William and Mary.  In 1991, he earned the MA in Christian School Administration from Grace College.  He serves on the Noah Webster College Board and is active in his local church.  He is a native of Albuquerque where he has lived with his wife, Marcie, and their four children since 1998.  Mr. Kinzer has written several historical and educational guides and curricula and frequently gives seminars on teaching and on America's Providential history.

 

Marcie Kinzer - earned her Bachelors degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary with minor concentrations in Mathematics and English Literature. She earned her MA in Liberal arts in 2012 from St. John's College. She has been involved in private and home school Christian education since 1980, teaching all grades from 1st to 12th. In 1994, along with her husband John, she began Rio Grande Enrichment Studies, LLC,  a tutorial service designed to serve the home school community. These classes emphasize a biblical worldview, an education in the classics, and a strong academic preparation for collegiate success. She has done extensive personal study in the area of education and has written curriculum that is used in the 3rd-5th grades and high school programs.  She serves on the Noah Webster College Board.

 

Ray Mondragon - BS in Civil Engineering, ThM Dallas Theological Seminary, DMin Trinity Seminary.  Dr. Mondragon has taught numerous classes in church and college settings.  He currently serves as a Professor for Chafer Seminary in Albuquerque, NM.  He is a long-time member of the Creation Science Fellowship of New Mexico.  He is active in Grace Church where he also teaches Adult Bible classes.

 

Boniface Toulassi - PhD  Regent University  Dr. Toulassi is originally from Togo, Africa, and is a dynamic speaker and teacher.  He has taught Noah Webster College seminars, and his specialty subject is Leadership Development and Biblical Leadership on many different levels.  He is active in his local church, Sandia Baptist Church.
